TikTok Ban in the United States

TikTok is back up and running in the US, and you can continue connecting with your audiences on the platform. There might be some minor hiccups here and there as TikTok works to get everything fully back to normal, which could temporarily affect some features or access. TikTok is making every effort to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
Here’s what this means for you and your Social Champ experience:
Any US-focused campaigns that were automatically paused because of the ban are now back on track! Just a heads-up: LIVE campaigns might have some temporary limitations.
You can still use Social Champ to create, manage, and measure your TikTok content for US users – no worries there!
Setting up and tweaking your US TikTok campaigns in Social Champ is still business as usual. And rest assured, this doesn't impact any campaigns targeting other countries.
We’re keeping a close eye on everything and staying in close contact with our TikTok partners to keep you informed. We’ll make sure to update you right here if anything changes.

LinkedIn authorization issues

Investigating - Hello! We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with connecting LinkedIn accounts to Social Champ. You may experience difficulties in adding or reconnecting LinkedIn accounts.
